BCA Finish Boring Bars

Fine Boring Bar from Falcon Toolings enhances the high precision boring output. Fine Boring delivers great performance in producing a high quality surface finish. CNC fine boring bar has a range of 25~350mm. The main feature of the BCA boring bar is, as it produces the least tolerance of 0.02 can be achieved without any deviation on a continuous machining operation.

The desired machining differs from customer to customer, we manufacture a special fine finish boring bar with customized features to satisfy your personalized requirements. Falcon Toolings produce a Fine Boring Bar of 300 to 500mm lengths on special requests.
