EXT Intermediate Adaptors

Extension Boring Bar is known as MOD50. The extension bar satisfies the various requirements of boring by adjusting the bar length. MOD50 boring bar has two main functions, Reduction and Expansion of the lengths. These bars are used to increase the machining efficiency and productivity by enabling the required bar length adjustments thus resulting in high accuracy boring and high precision product finish.

Extension boring bar from Falcon Toolings is manufactured with greater precision to extend the desired length of the boring bars as per customer requirements. The extension bar limits and drastically reduces the vibration and tolerance during the tool boring.
